Choosing between two different niches
Posted by Charles on September 11, 2022 at 9:37 pmI am trying to choose between two niches: back pain and the Law of Attraction, with a further sub-niche of senior citizens and retirees. I have experience and education in both; I have a doctor of chiropractic degree with 31 years of experience and three years of teaching at my chiropractic alma mater, and 35 years of ongoing spiritual learning and practice.
They both have a high degree of interest and content sources. So I am leaning in the direction of the LOA space.
Does anyone have an idea about my niche choices or maybe a third choice based on the above information/
Thanks

Greetings,
I suggest you do some research on preventing solving neck and back pain when working from home.
Remote work due to the pandemic is growing but is resulting in health issues neck and back pain . The law of attraction concept could be interesting with the spin on how to engage the law o attraction and get promoted when working from home.

If you go with the Law of Attraction you will probably want to center your course around using the Law of Attraction to get a specific result. For example: attract more wealth with the law of attraction.

Actually I personally think you would have a great niche combining all three: a course teaching seniors to use the principles of the law of attraction to supplement other treatments for back (or other) pains. Spin it as us older folks suffer lots of pains and aches. By using the principles of the law of attraction (and the mind), in conjunction with other treatments, the client can decrease the amount of medications and other hands-on treatments, save money, feel better and enjoy themselves. Law attraction principles are a supplement (and not a replacement) to other treatments

I’m curious about what has you “leaning” toward LOA. Have you had a specific breakthrough personally applying LOA? If yes, are there others dealing with that same challenge? You could create a niche there and your story would be powerful in marketing your program. For example, if your breakthrough was in attracting clients or better employees, this could be the basis of an offering to other Chiropractors. BTW, LOA can apply to all of the big categories (health, wealth, and relationships), but you still want to focus on an avatar with a challenge within one of those categories. Cheers, Max

I had the opportunity to get interviewed by Anik on the group coaching call on Friday. I was in a similar situation when I first got started and I had maybe 4 or 5 different niches that I was thinking about going after.
So what did I do?
I just picked one and tried it out.
When that one didn’t resonate for me, I tried the next one.
I kept doing that until I found the niche that resonated with me.
Which end up not being any of the 4 or 5 individually but something completely new that I created based on what I learned trying the previous 4 or 5 niches.
So if I were in your shoes, I would take the feedback you get here, pick one of them and get started with that one. Do it for 90 days and see how it feels.
Then do the next one for 90 days and see how it feels.
After that, pick one and go for it!
