Struggling to Select an Offer Title

Hey all, I would love some feedback on an offer title I’m working on and struggling between two titles to select. The offer is within the Human Resource field of problem-solving. I retired in 2015 and became very influential in Conflict Resolution, and not sure of a title without going too broad as to what I should name my offer. For example,” How to solve employee conflict in the workplace.” Or,” Here are 6-step to solve employee performance issues in the workplace.”

Before choosing a title I would suggest…

1. Clearly defining your customer avatar

2. Define the specific outcome your customers will get by going through your program

3. The steps the program will take the customers through to go from where they currently are to that specific outcome.

  I am taking the Copy course through Lurn
  Academy. Anik teaches that the title should be as specific as we can.
  Maybe you want to specify the type of performance problem you want to teach
  about. Also, I think topics under conflict resolution at the workplace
  would be great. I will be waiting for your books.
