Sales Page – Lurn Forums Picking a Niche Niche Selection

    Hello,

I am looking for a niche that combines my life experiences in communication and health care. I was a speech therapist and am now a RN along with degrees in counseling and teaching. Copy writing does not scare but course production does. People share thoughts with me. I have military experience and trend toward service occupations because bringing a smile to someone on any given day is very rewarding to anyone young at heart no matter their age or challenge 🙂 Any suggestions. Thank you.

Hey @Gail sounds like you have a few options based on your vast skill to create courses people may need and want. Why not explore 3-5 niches across the health and relationship category to give you an objective viewpoint as to what the avatar in each of these niches is looking for from a keyword perspective? You can use the following course to help guide you during your niche research: https://academy.lurn.com/courses/research-hacking/ to understand what are the characteristics of a great niche and what is selling well on course marketplaces like Udemy for example. This will help you to understand what kind of benefits people are looking to achieve or fears they are looking to solve. Once you have this list in front of you it will be easier to see which niche is good and which is great. If they are all great niches then pick the one that you enjoy the most to pursue. You got this!
